AntonFig.com has been online for over seven years and we've decided it was time for a refresh! Anton recently recorded with Joe Bonamassa on his new critically-acclaimed record, "The Ballad Of John Henry." As part of the tour in support of the record, Anton played The Royal Albert Hall in London. Eric Clapton joined the band onstage for a song. There is a forthcoming DVD entitled ‘London’ capturing that night’s concert.
Ace Frehley's new album, "Anomaly" will be released on September 15th, and will be available on iTunes along with a bonus track. Anton composed the music for the new film, "Sea of Darkness, " directed by Michael Oblowitz. The film had its world premiere in June at the 2009 CineVegas Festival. Watch the trailer here.
Guitarist Oz Noy will be releasing his fourth CD ‘Schizophrenic’ later this summer. As with each of Oz's previous records, Anton backs Oz - along with drummers Keith Carlock and Dave Weckl. Stay tuned for info on the CD release party at NYC's Bitter End!
